These cherrywood Jay Hill BBQ Wood Chunks are ideal for any BBQ enthusiast. Ideal for smoking using a smoker, covered pan or BBQ, these wood chunks add a subtly sweet and fruity flavour. Cherrywood wood chunks work best with white meat, giving it a lovely pink colour. The Jay Hill wood chunks are an excellent choice if you want to take your BBQing to the next level.

The Jay Hill wood chunks are easy to use. Before you want to use the wood chunks, all you have to do is soak them in water for a couple of hours. After the wood chunks have finished soaking, simply toss them onto the burning embers in your smoker, lidded pan or BBQ. Then place the meat on a rack over the coals, cover with a lid and cook.
